Cheese is a girl’s best friend. Or maybe that’s diamonds? I’ll ask Marilyn later. Regardless, this recipe will be a favorite and makes a tasty side or appetizer. Three Guys continues our celebration of Mother’s Day with this recipe for Hot Cheese Dip!
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
Add bacon, onion and 1/2 of the cheddar cheese and mayo.
Pour into a 10″ dutch oven and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with Fritos (Scoops work the best)
