This sauce goes great over Perfect Brownies or just on top of some ice cream. It is sweet, rich and is sure to satisfy your sweet-tooth for a great dessert. Dip some graham crackers or marshmallows. Be creative and I guarantee you will be happy!
Heavenly Chocolate Sauce
2 cups powdered sugar
¾ cup chocolate chips
1 stick butter
12 oz. Evaporated milk
¼ tsp salt
¾ tsp vanilla
Combine first five ingredients in a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 15-20 minutes. It will thicken slowly. After your sauce thickens, increase the heat and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm or pour in jar and refrigerate.
