I love raisin bread! I love it with butter, toasted or made into French Toast. I also love things that are easy. This is a great combination of both.
Too Easy Raisin Bread
2 loaves Rhode frozen bread dough
Raisins
Sugar
Cinnamon
- 2 loaves Rhode frozen bread dough
- Raisins
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Thaw the bread dough but don't let it raise. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough similar to making cinnamon rolls or something, keeping it as wide as your loaf pan. Sprinkle with a generous amount of raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and seal the edge. Place in a loaf pan and allow to rise. Spritz the top with water and place pans in a preheated sun oven for 45 - 60 minutes until baked.
