I have watched lots of shows where they roast fresh corn, so I decided to finally give it a try. Roasted corn has a firm, nutty texture and a wonderful flavor. It is easy to do and will add so much to your next back yard barbecue.
Roasted Corn
Fresh corn, husked
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Butter, melted
Salt & pepper
Parsley
Heat your grill to medium high. Mix together some olive oil with some garlic powder and brush on your corn. Roast the corn until it is tender with a nice color on it, turning often – about 15 minutes. When the corn is finished, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
