I continue to enjoy playing with my solar oven. Today I wanted something easy so I had soup and fresh, hot rolls. It was my first time baking bread in my oven but it certainly will not be my last. I love it, baking bread in the back yard!

Dried Soup Mix
Frozen Dinner Rolls
Choose your favorite kind of soup mix. I chose a cheese and broccoli soup for today. You mix some soups with boiling water, but this one you mix into cold water and milk, and then heat. It can easily sit in your solar oven for 3-hours.
Place rolls in a sprayed pan and allow to rise. Bake on top of soup pot for 40 – 45 minutes.
