These colossal shrimp and vegetable kabobs will delight all who partake! Prepare them as an appetizer or a main dish so your family and guests have something to talk about!
Ingredients
2 pounds colossal shrimp
1 large onion
2 green peppers
1 pound mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat, about 350-375
Cut up your onion, peppers and mushrooms to skewer-able sizes.
Skewer the shrimp, onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
Brush the whole thing with olive oil
Add the seasoning salt of your choice
Place skewers on grill and close
Check and turn over every 3 to 5 minutes depending upon the heat of your grill
Once the shrimp is all pink, pull the skewers out and serve!
