Everyone loves smoked pork. This smoked pork loin uses a wonderful combination of spices that are bound to please.
Smoked Pork Loin
5-7 lb. pork lion
3T paprika
1T garlic powder
1T brown sugar
1T dry mustard
3T course salt
Combine all spices and rub on your pork loin, let sit. Pre heat your smoker to 225 degrees and add your favorite wood chips for added flavor. Smoke pork until you reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Slice, serve and enjoy.
